*NEW* Emergency Phone Number System (Pager)

Please read the following to learn more about our Emergency Phone Number System changes (pager changes). Please email or call the clinic if you have any questions.

Attention Clients!

We have a NEW Emergency Phone Number System (also known as our Pager). You will need to know the name of your Care Coordinator and the team that they are currently a member of.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Call (416) 467-6616 (same number as always).

  2. Press your team colour’s extension number.

  3. Leave a voice message stating your name, phone number and the reason for your emergency call. We will call back within 15 minutes.
