Deon Ambersley, MSW, RSW, Social Worker, Counsellor, Health and Wellness Coach

Deon is a registered Social Worker with more than 14 years of experience, working in the province of Ontario. She obtained her Honours BA, in Sociology and Urban Studies from the University of Toronto, and a Masters of Social Work, also from the University of Toronto.

As a practitioner, she has developed a wide range of experiences having worked with community agencies, correctional facilities, and within the education system from kindergarten through to the post secondary level. She has worked extensively with parents and their children, within agencies such as Peel Children’s Aid Society, York Catholic District School Board, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Toronto. She has also worked with adults struggling with relationship issues and mental health through agencies such as Morneau Shepell and Family Services of Peel. A central tenet of her practice is helping individuals to develop healthy relationships and lifestyles.

Working from a client-centered approach, she mainly uses modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Theory and Solution Focused Therapy. She is a proponent of continuous learning and recently obtained a certificate in Health and Wellness Coaching from Humber College. This has enhanced her skill set, by allowing her to work from a more holistic approach by incorporating all aspects of the individual.
Through many work experiences, she has met countless individuals from many walks of life. She enjoys working with people and is very passionate about health and wellness. She is committed to supporting clients from the first meeting of ‘where they are’ to arriving at ‘where they want to be’.

Mair Dawn Ellis, Clinical Social Work/Therapist, RSW

Mair is a Registered Social Worker who worked in the field of addictions and mental health for the past 26 years. Mair says- it’s important to help people understand that they are not broken, and to discover their own enormous courage, resilience and potential. Mair’s focus is supporting clients with life issues to help them find alternative ways to cope.

Clients work on how to take care of their needs and wants with an understanding on messages they have given themselves since childhood. Clients who want to learn how to change the old script. Clients who struggle with addiction, anxiety and depression with a therapist who comes from an anti oppressive lens, trauma informed and solution focused.

Lisa Donnelly MSW RSW

Lisa Donnelly is a masters level registered social worker and psychotherapist. She is a wife and mother of two and also works as a hospital social worker in a child and adolescent psychiatric unit and out patient mental health program. Randi-Mae Stanford Leibold RSW

Randi-Mae is a Wellness Counsellor, mindfulness teacher, and author. She is a registered Social Service Worker and has been a counsellor for eight years in various roles. Jaisa Sulit, BPHE, BEd, MScOT, Mindfulness Instructor, University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies Sacred Self Care Coach, Occupational Therapist

Jaisa Sulit is an occupational therapist with 15 years of experience in neuro-rehab. After a spinal cord injury put her on the path of healing, she went on to become a qualified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction teacher, a certified Medical Qigong and Chinese Shamanic Medicine practitioner and a Teacher-In-Training of the Mindful Self-Compassion program.

In 2020, Jaisa gave birth to her first child and as a first time mother during a pandemic,  she realized the vital need for more support for the postpartum mother.
